Banded Jumping Jack

step by step guide:

  1. Place a band around your ankles and stand with your feet under your hips.

  2. Jump your feet outside of your shoulders as you simultaneously raise your arms out and up over your head.

  3. Jump your feet back in and lower your arms back down. Repeat.

Common mistakes:

  1. Not jumping your feet out far enough. Force yourself to spread the band and get your feet wide.
