Band Pull Apart
step by step guide:
Grab a resistance band with your hands about shoulder width apart.
Pull the band apart by squeezing your shoulder blades together and driving your elbows back while keeping your arms very slightly bent.
Pull until you physically can’t go any further, and then slowly move back to the starting position.
Common mistakes:
Stopping once the band touches your chest. Continue pulling until you cannot pull any further. The toughest part of this movement is the final few inches of the pull, so don’t skip out on that.
