Step By Step Guide:

  1. Get into an Elbow Plank on the ball and spread your feet to create a wide supportive base.

  2. Push your body away from your elbows on the ball.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Push your body away from the ball to keep your body off your elbows and to help tighten the core muscles

Common Mistakes:

  1. Make sure you are not resting your body on top of your elbows. Extend your body away from your elbows
