Balance Calf Raise
Instructions:
1) Balance on one foot
2) Push with your toe to come up as high as possible
3) Control yourself down
Helpful Hints/Cues:
1) Try staring at a single spot to keep your balance
2) Arms can stay on your side or move around to help keep your balance
Common Mistakes:
1) Putting your other foot on your body. Keep your floating leg away. Putting it on your other foot is cheating!
2) Going to fast. This should be a controlled motion. Focus going as high as you can and coming down slow. Do not rush and go half way up and down to get it done faster.
