Alternating V Ups

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lay completely straight on the ground with your hands raised above your head.

  2. Using your opposite limbs, raise your leg towards the ceiling then touch your had to your foot and repeat this motion in an alternating fashion.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Keep the body and limbs as straight as possible.

Common Mistakes:

  1. Reaching to the same side versus opposite limb
