Alternating Toe Touch

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lay on your back with your legs off the ground so that your feet are facing the ceiling.

  2. Take one hand and reach up for your opposite foot then alternating that motion with your other hand and foot.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Try to keep your legs as straight as possible to make the reaches easier.

Common Mistakes:

  1. Bending at the knee and not reaching up to raise your shoulders off the ground.
