STEP BY STEP GUIDE:

  1. Stand with a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward.

  2. Raise your arms out to the side and up over your head until your biceps are by your ears and the weights are either touching or very close together.

  3. Once you reach the top position, lower your dumbbells down to the start position.

COMMON MISTAKES:

  1. Using your legs to create momentum. Keep your legs straight and force yourself to use strict technique.
