STEP BY STEP GUIDE:

  1. Stand with a dumbbell in each hand.

  2. Pull your elbows up to slightly above shoulder height and allow the dumbbells to travel up your body.

  3. Once you reach the top position, lower your dumbbells down to the start position.

COMMON MISTAKES:

  1. Using your legs to create momentum. Keep your legs straight and force yourself to use strict technique.
