SL (Single Leg) Banded March Tutorial
DESCRIPTION/INSTRUCTIONS:
Place a mini band around the top of your feet.
Lift your knee up to hip height and pull up on the band with your foot, then lower it back down to the ground.
HELPFUL CUES:
Keep your toes pointed straight ahead and slightly up. This will help make sure the band stays in place and the right muscles are being targeted.
COMMON MISTAKES:
Pointing your toes down as you lift your knee. This may cause the band to slip off of your foot.
