Sandy Hanson!

Due to the massive amount of work that Sandy Hanson has done for us at Become Better, she has been voted by the coaches as client of the month for July 2023. Outside of making all of the great prizes for the Olympics, she also set a lot of PR’s over the month and whole summer:

Here is what she has accomplished:

41 kg pause bench (8 kg improvement) - nearly 30%

1.5 inch jump improvement
83 kg TB DL improvement
85k DL - just miss of 91 kg (200 lb)
100 pull down
Back Squatted 60 kg
30 kg weighted plank for 60s couldn’t do a normal plank that long at the start
And just in general, Stepped outside of her comfort zone ever since joining the gym two years ago.
