Steps to Working with Become Better Nutrition:

  1. Free Phone Conversation/Email CORRESPONDENCE - ~5 minute phone call (optional)

    • Short Introduction by Candice

    • Find out more about YOU and your goals.

    • Send and explain the new client packet to be completed before “Initial Consultation”

      • New Client Questionnaire

      • Lifestyle Goal Sheet

      • 2 Day Food Log

    • Explain what that initial consultation is, what it will cover, and what they will learn

  1. Initial Consultation (45-60 minutes): $99

    • Get to know YOU in your lifestyle

      • Talk about the “New Client Questionnaire”

    • Discuss Health and Fitness Goals

      • Also discuss the barriers to reaching these goals in your life

    • Analyze Two Day Food Log

      • Go over personal energy demands depending on your activity/exercise level and other lifestyle factors

        • Determine what needs to be consumed before/after workouts

      • Discuss ways to change certain habits

    • Answer any additional questions with time remaining

    • After the conclusion of the session a general recap of all things discussed will be sent.

  2. Follow up Sessions (optional) (30 minutes): $75/session or $199/4 sessions

    • The session will be guided based on any questions you have thought of since the last meeting.

      • Possible Questions:

        • Did you lose weight?

        • What did you find hard to do or not be able to do?

        • What weren’t you confident about?

        • Did you keep a food log? Was it helpful?

    • Revisit goals initially set along with the barriers you thought might limit your ability to obtain these goals

Additional Add-on programs

(Initial consultation needed first)

  1. 1 week mock meal plan: $99

    • Plan will be made specifically for you

      • Based on what your indivdual energy needs are

      • How many times/day you plan to eat.

      • Plan will also account for eating around scheduled workouts

    • Food examples will be given for each meal

    • Purpose will be to give a template of what you could eat in a day/week.

      • We recommend doing this with the follow up sessions listed above to talk about how the plan went and where modifications could be made or the monthly program listed below

  2. Unlimited Access: $299/month

    • Unlimited correspondence with Candice via email/text

    • 1 - 30 minute session every month

    • Recommended to also purchase “1 week mock meal plan”
