Help with fitness and weight management for those that can’t come to our private personal Training gym

These programs are for those who are looking for assistance in reaching specific fitness goals, but are not interested in the regular personal training programs, or simply can not make it into our gym. These programs can still be highly effective because we give you all the tools to succeed including unlimited access to ourselves.

1) All Inclusive Online Personal Training 

  • 100% Customized plan that fits your needs and uses the equipment (or lack thereof) that you have available to you. We will loan out small pieces of equipment when requested too. This may include dumbbells, bands, and/or plates.

  • 7 day weekly layout plan based on your individual schedule. This will include main workout days along with cardio and stretching specifics.

  • Daily Text or Email check-ins/reminders to do each workout. We will also use this to motivate and keep you accountable to finishing your plan. This has been proven to help with compliance rate and overall success of online programs.

  • Videos of all exercises programmed into your workouts. There will also be step by step instructions, helpful hints, and common mistakes for each one as well.

  • Unlimited extra correspondence with us to ask questions, modify and make adjustments to anything we have written, or for us to analyze videos of yourself exercising to ensure proper execution of each movement.

  • Access to our members only facebook page. In this community, clients can communicate with one another for extra motivation, ask for additional help, or trade recipes.

2) Online Training Template Only

  • Customized 2x/week plan for 4 weeks (8 workouts). All workouts will be based around what equipment you have available and the goals you hope to achieve.

  • Workout Layout will include videos and descriptions of each exercise. Guidance will also be given on what to do on off days or cardio workouts, but not laid out specifically the same way as above.

  • Unlimited access to us through text/email to help you through the workouts. However, we will not check-in daily.
