Heel Walks
Description/Instructions:
Point both sets of toes up as high as possible.
Start walking forward while keeping your toes high.
Helpful Cues:
Point your toes to the sky
Pull your toes to your shins
Sometimes it helps to keep your legs relatively straight while walking
Common Mistakes:
Relaxing your muscles while taking a step. Don’t let your toes touch the ground
