Heel Walks

Description/Instructions:

  1. Point both sets of toes up as high as possible.

  2. Start walking forward while keeping your toes high.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Point your toes to the sky

  2. Pull your toes to your shins

  3. Sometimes it helps to keep your legs relatively straight while walking

Common Mistakes:

  1. Relaxing your muscles while taking a step. Don’t let your toes touch the ground
