This program is for those who are looking for assistance in reaching specific fitness goals, but are not interested in the regular personal training program. This program is perfect for beginners who just don't know where to start when it comes to diet and weight management, high school athletes that are having trouble gaining weight, and those that are stuck at a plateau and just can't seem to get passed it.
How it Works:
Individuals who wish to participate will be given the option to meet one-on-one for approximately one hour. During this meeting, the client will share his/her history as far at diet and exercise regimen is concerned. From this information, a corrective approach will be taken and advice will be given that will help the client reach their goals. Advice will include, but not limited to, food intake in regards to what you should eat, how much, and when to eat it, and detailed exercise routines. The client will also be given the option of going through a short workout to learn new exercises.
After the initial meeting, clients will be encouraged to exchange multiple emails every week with myself. These emails will contain food logs of what has been consumed and assurance that their exercise routines have been completed. Clients will also be able to continually ask any diet and fitness related questions through these emails.
